One Year Ago (Sniff, Sniff)

Sweet Ella had her adorable pups a year ago today! We had so much fun with those puppies. Marissa proved to be quite the labor and delivery nurse/doctor. She did an awesome job! Jacquie was deemed a hero when she saved one from falling into the pool! (It was winter.... very, very cold pool!) Andrea and Riley helped with puppy poop duty (ick!) Poor Kevin was away at college, so he didn't get to particpate too much. He did come home for their final weekend at their birth place-- he got to help put our yard back together! Lucky Kevin!!

It was so much fun to have a litter of all three colors! Ella was a very good mom. It has taken her a year to recover, but she finally looks and seems back to herself. That prompts me to think.... no wonder young moms are always so tired!!

Maybe we should do that again!?!?!

What a good sister Andrea was tonight. She loved helping her big sis getting ready for the big dance. Unfortunately disaster struck on her last errand to get a bobby pin! She fell down the stairs and suffered a big, terrible rug burn!! Poor, poor Andee!

On Friday, I took the girls and friends to the SNOW! Brrr... it was SO cold!

Sorry Ribba--who skied ALL day! I never got a photo of you!

Ribba skied, the rest of us tubed at the Tubing Park. JQ totally took out a poor little kid. Really it was the kids fault as he was walking up the run. Andee had a crazy wreck. I got big air when my tube jumped from one run to the other! Luckily I didn't hurt anyone!
